I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic with beautiful views of Maho Beach, and the dining options were extensive and delicious. However, the check-in process was delayed, and the room cleanliness wasn’t up to par when I arrived. The service was friendly but left a bit to be desired regarding their professionalism and attentiveness.
